Jack Balkin Claims the Government Shutdown Violates the Second Amendment

Because:

Now people can't bring their guns into national parks. In fact, it's likely that Obama deliberately pushed for the shutdown in order to violate the Second Amendment rights of American citizens.  I ask you: has the man no shame?
