This document contains information about submitting articles to law reviews and journals, including the methods for submitting an article, any special formatting requirements, how to contact them to request an expedited review, and how to contact them to withdraw an article from consideration. It covers 203 law reviews. The document was fully updated in January 2014.The article contains a great deal of helpful information and it is a convenient source for authors. The article seems to be written for legal academics, however, so there is no information on whether these journals accept student-submitted scholarship. For the most part, journals tend to list that on ExpressO, but I can speak from experience that there are a number of journals that do not explicitly exclude student submissions, but have policies not to accept student work that they will not reveal unless they receive a student submission.
But between Rostron and Levit's article, and Colin Miller's similar guide for online law review supplements, students, practitioners, and professors alike should get a pretty good idea of where they might submit their work, and how they need to shape that work to meet submission requirements.
